- Architecting, configuring, and delivering solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Omnichannel.
- Building custom apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automating business processes using Power Automate.
- Extending platform functionality through JavaScript, C#, Liquid, HTML, and CSS.
- Designing and managing Dataverse data structures, including tables, relationships, and business rules.
- Leading or participating in technical design sessions, stakeholder workshops, and implementation planning.
- Supporting integrations with external systems and leading or assisting in data migrations.
- Applying Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices to manage solutions across environments.
- 3-5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 apps: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Omnichannel.
- Hands-on expertise with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
- Solid understanding of business processes, solution architecture, and relational data modeling.
- Experience building end-to-end business solutions from design through deployment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing, Finance & Operations, or Business Central.
- Hands on experience with SharePoint Online for integration and document management. Migrations from on prem systems to SharePoint online.
- Scripting knowledge using PowerShell for automation and deployment tasks.
- Experience with data migrations and integration scenarios.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for Records Management and Information Protection.
- Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Integration experience using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
