
Application Support Specialist - Dynamics 365

- Provide support to internal users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Marketing, Project Operations) and custom integrations with other applications (Sharepoint, Connectwise, and applications built in-house)
- Assess support requests, determine root causes, and resolve or escalate issues as needed
- Understand Dynamics functionality from a user perspective to support preparation of deliverables and business processes
- Identify and troubleshoot application problems, leveraging your knowledge of Dynamics and related technologies
- Escalate complex issues to development teams or third-party vendors and follow through to resolution
- Document resolutions and workarounds in the internal knowledge base
- Build trust with users by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and subject matter expertise
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve support processes and system performance
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates, best practices, and integration opportunities with tools like Power Platform and ServiceNow
- Post-secondary education in business or information systems, or 2+ years of experience in a Dynamics 365 support
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written) is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related tools (Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology
