- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and faculty by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain and update student records accurately in the school’s database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing school events and activities, supporting communication efforts to ensure successful execution and participation.
- Gather and analyze feedback from students and parents to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall educational experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within an educational environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in both French and English languages is required.
