As an innovative manufacturing company (CNC, rheomolding, robotics), we are seeking a maintenance manager to ensure the reliability and performance of equipment in an automated environment.ROLE :

Plan and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
Ensure equipment availability (CNC, robotics, automation)
Diagnose failures and coordinate repairs
Monitor KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability) and manage the budget
Oversee major downtime and external suppliers
Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with OHS/quality standards

Skills and qualifications :

Degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or industrial maintenance
