Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?We are seeking a skilled and experienced analytics professional to join our Cards Acquisition team as the Snr Manager, Cards Acquisition Performance Management. In this role, you will work closely with the Director to manage insights across the portfolio, and implement scalable solutions to enable acquisition.You will play a strategic role in identifying growth opportunities, designing business cases, forecasting, and performance management. As a trusted partner to the Cards Product, Acquisition and Finance teams, your consultative analytical support will help drive efficiency, reduce complexity, and enhance the overall capabilities of our Cards Acquisition business.Additionally, as a people leader within Cards, you will manage an analytics team member to maximize strategic insights and support our monthly analytics cadences (monthly business review, month end reporting).What will you do?Lead exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets, for acquisition strategies with a focus on growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives such as investment optimization, profitability summaries, offer analysis and product launch forecasting. Key partners include product, finance and marketing.Leverage your technical expertise in programming languages such as SQL to analyze complex data sets and develop predictive models that inform business decisions.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Cards business, including products, customers and competitors to identify trends and recommendations.Communicate technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders and business partners.Provide leadership and coaching to direct reportsWhat do you need to succeed?
