- Provide front-desk support including phone and email inquiries from tenants and vendors
- Coordinate property leasing activities including advertising, scheduling showings, and preparing lease agreements and renewals
- Maintain accurate tenant records and digital filing systems
- Monitor and follow up on arrears, preparing reports for management
- Assist with tenant relations by addressing questions, concerns, and service requests in a professional manner
- Support the property management team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks
- Order and manage office supplies, coordinate couriers, and handle mail distribution
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes
- Assist with marketing efforts for available units through online platforms
- Provide administrative support for property operations including vendor coordination and service scheduling
- 3+ years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role in the property management, real estate, or tenant management industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel mid-level, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- The discussed salary range is $50,000 $55,000 depending on experience
