- Transform customer data and behavioral insights into sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies
- Shape testing frameworks for continuous optimization of subject lines, content formats, send strategies, and customer journeys
- Partner with client stakeholders to align email strategy with business priorities and communicate program performance
- Stay ahead of email marketing innovations, platform capabilities, and industry regulations to maintain competitive advantage
- Deliver programs that achieve ambitious targets for subscriber growth, engagement improvement, and revenue attribution
- A portfolio demonstrating strategic email marketing leadership, with proven ability to scale programs and drive business results
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise email platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Eloqua
- Experience leading marketing automation strategy including complex customer journey design and optimization
- Deep understanding of email deliverability, compliance frameworks, and data privacy regulations across markets
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Strong leadership skills for developing team capabilities, managing stakeholder relationships, and influencing cross-functional partners
- Experience with advanced segmentation, predictive analytics, and customer lifetime value modeling
- Strategic mindset for connecting email initiatives to broader business objectives and revenue outcomes
- Advanced proficiency with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to enhance content strategy, campaign ideation, and performance analysis
- Agentic leadership: systematic approach to complex strategic challenges, breaking down customer lifecycle optimization into actionable initiatives
- Experience integrating AI workflows to improve campaign personalization, content production, and audience targeting
- Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in email marketing, with established quality standards for AI-assisted work
- Ability to guide teams in responsible AI adoption and establish best practices for AI-enhanced email programs
- Strategic application of AI for predictive modeling, content optimization, and customer behavior analysis
- Experience with financial services, fintech, or regulated industries including compliance and risk management considerations
- Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM integrations, and marketing technology stack optimization
- Experience with cross-channel marketing orchestration including social, SMS, push notifications, and web personalization
- Understanding of email design systems, accessibility standards, and technical implementation
- Background in team management, budget planning, and vendor relationship management
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $80,750.00 to $90,250.00 CAD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package.
