- Process multiple bi-weekly payrolls with accuracy and timeliness
- Verify and correct timecard data using a time and attendance system
- Handle benefit, tax, and other payroll deductions
- Prepare ROEs, payroll reports, and month-end accruals
- Reconcile benefits and submit payments to vendors
- Maintain confidential and precise payroll records
- Create journal entries and support account reconciliation processes
- You have a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation or are actively working toward it
- You have experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- You are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
- You are dependable, accurate, collaborative, and eager to grow
- You take ownership of your responsibilities and enjoy improving processes
