Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent AcquisitionStatus: Full-TimeResponsibilities:
- Provide shared leadership and mentorship to a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Sourcers, supporting their development and performance
- Collaborate closely with the TA team to align on priorities, share best practices, and ensure timely delivery of hiring goals
- Source and recruit for highly specialized roles including cloud architects, AI engineers, data consultants, and technical sales professionals
- Understand the technologies, tools, and skills required for success in these roles, and confidently pre-screen candidates for technical fit
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for your assigned account team’s requisitions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process to maintain momentum and meet business needs
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and align on interview strategies
- Drive pipelines of top-tier talent through proactive sourcing, re-engagement, and market outreach
- Leverage data and insights to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing consultative support and market intelligence
- Facilitate intake meetings, interview debriefs, and offer negotiations with clarity and confidence
- Build strong relationships across the business to anticipate hiring needs and influence workforce planning
- Partner with HR Operations to streamline and automate recruitment workflows
- Analyze hiring metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding
- Foster a culture of accountability, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement across the team
- Represent the company at networking events, industry meetups, and job fairs to attract top talent and promote the employer brand
- Build relationships with external partners, professional associations, and community organizations to expand sourcing channels
- Assist the HR team with hosting company events
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven success hiring for cloud, AI, and data-focused technical roles, as well as technical sales and account executives
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, ATS systems (e.g., iCIMS), and data-driven hiring practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Experience in high-growth or consulting environments is an asset
