- $65,000 – $95,000 CAD base salary, plus residual commissions (flexible for the right candidate — case-by-case for exceptional network and experience)
- Year 1 OTE: $120,000 – $170,000 CAD

- Ideal candidate location: GTA, within 45 minutes of the Yorkville office
- Overnight travel: None required
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. No evenings or weekends required.
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle required (company vehicle provided upon start)
- 5 to 25 years of B2B outside sales experience; sweet spot is 7 to 15 years
- REQUIRED: Minimum 3 to 5 years of industry experience in architectural windows and doors or closely related building envelope products (curtain wall, glazing systems, architectural cladding). This is a hard requirement — candidates without this background will not be considered.
- Established, active network of architects, designers, and custom builders in the GTA — this network is expected to generate revenue from day one
- Proven hunter background with verifiable new business development results; must be comfortable self-generating 75% of their pipeline through cold outreach and in-person visits
- Experience calling on and presenting to architects and design-build contractors; ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is a strong asset
- Post-secondary diploma minimum; university degree preferred based on top-performer profile
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Drive / Docs
- Comfortable with online demos and virtual presentations
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and personal vehicle required

- Homeowners engaged in luxury new builds or major renovations (typically introduced through architect or builder relationships)
- Primary decision-makers: architects, project architects, principal designers, and design-build company principals
- Sales cycle: 1 to 3 months from initial specification to order placement; projects must be spec’d early in the architectural design phase
- Average order value: $100,000+ per project; business is primarily new construction with some renovation replacement work
- Primarily residential new builds; commercial opportunity exists and is being actively developed
- Revenue is relationship-driven — architects who specify the product bring repeat project flow; the salesperson’s network is a long-term revenue asset
- Representing curated, prestigious Danish design brands — products are architect-specified for their design quality, not purchased on price
- Slim architectural profiles and triple-glazing performance that is difficult to match with domestic alternatives
- Showroom in the heart of Yorkville — a natural meeting point for GTA’s architectural and design community

- 50% New Business Development (Year 1) — shifting to 75% in Year 2
- 50% Account Management (Year 1) — managing and growing existing architectural relationships
- Leverage and actively expand an existing personal network of GTA architects, designers, and custom builders
- Self-generate new business through cold outreach, in-person architectural firm visits, and industry event attendance
- Support architectural projects from early design stage through specification, tender, and order execution
- Present window and door systems, finishes, profiles, and custom capabilities to architects and project teams
- Assist clients with technical specifications and architectural drawings interpretation
- Prepare, present, and follow up on pricing, proposals, and quotations
- Maintain the proprietary CRM — track pipeline, activity, and client interactions consistently
- Host showroom appointments by request — demonstrate products and finish options to visiting architects and builders
- 75% self-generated — you are expected to build your own pipeline through cold outreach, firm visits, industry events, and relationship development
- 25% warm leads — a list of existing architectural contacts and inbound inquiries supplied by the company
- There is no existing book of business to inherit; the candidate’s own GTA architectural network is the primary lead source from day one
- 2 to 3 weeks of job shadowing and internal orientation before active selling begins
- Product training provided by ownership — both partners have deep knowledge of the architectural and construction market from their construction and window installation businesses
- Ongoing coaching from Sales Manager — 8 years of sales management experience; described as knowledgeable, calm, and collaborative
