Manager, IGM Planning & Forecasting (12-Month Contract)

- Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning activities, including consolidation and review of IGM P&L inputs.
- Prepare, maintain financial models, analyses, and planning templates used across planning cycles.
- Perform variance analysis and summarize key drivers, trends, and emerging risks.
- Support scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analyses to assess financial impacts.
- Assist with the preparation of management and executive reporting materials, including EPS-related analysis.
- Help coordinate planning timelines, deliverables, and inputs across Finance and business partners
- Contribute to special projects and provide ad hoc analytical support as priorities arise.
- Act as a flexible resource to support capacity needs across the Strategy, Planning & Analysis team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or a related finance role.
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or wealth management is an asset.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.
- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
