Contract Manager

- Review and analyze a broad range of commercial contracts (including engagement letters, MSAs, NDAs, RFPs), identify key risks and advise on practical mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between contractual obligations and operational practices
- Serve as a key point of contact for contract-related inquiries, providing clear, practical guidance to internal clients
- Support and, where appropriate, lead contract negotiations in accordance with established guidelines and risk tolerances
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve contract management processes, including intake, tracking, and lifecycle management
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of contract templates, playbooks, and internal guidance materials
- Support reporting and metrics related to contracting activity, turnaround times, and risk trends

- At least 8 years of experience providing contract management support (legal training is an asset but not required)
- Strong understanding of commercial contract terms and risk considerations. Contract management experience in complex information technology (IT) consulting, IT outsourcing, and IT professional services projects will be a vital asset
- The ability to communicate, draft and negotiate agreements at an advanced level in French is an asset, but not required
- Demonstrated experience managing contract workflows and improving processes
- You demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, integrity, and a high degree of attention to detail
- You have strong critical thinking skills and a high level of initiative, with an ability to proactively solve problems and propose solutions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools is an asset
