This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals. This role requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO, President and Sr. Leadership team to set and execute strategic goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational risks to optimize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams to achieve organizational excellence.
- Proven executive experience in a leadership role (Focused on Operational Management, Strategy, or similar).
- Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (MBA considered an asset).
