Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and PresidentNumber of Positions Available: 1Size of organization: 450 employeesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operations Officer to join our executive leadership team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals. This role requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CEO, President and Sr. Leadership team to set and execute strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational risks to optimize profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams to achieve organizational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven executive experience in a leadership role (Focused on Operational Management, Strategy, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (MBA considered an asset).
