Description:This role for an Administrative Assistant with an Insolvency firm in Hamilton requires excellent time management, organizational, communication, problem-solving, computer, and interpersonal skills. The incumbent will support one partner and two full-time staff in the office.Key duties and responsibilities:1. Answer inbound phone calls, make outbound calls, respond to e-mail with clients and internal teams2. Filing and assisting with important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters3. Acting as the gatekeeper for clients4. Keeping important information and documents organized physically and electronically5. Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality6. Office administration7. Data entry8. Represent the brand, maintaining a professional, competent, empathetic and positive demeanor at all timesSkills and Qualifications
