- Coordinate Milwaukee Team’s SG&A processes and overall consolidation
- Serve as primary point of contact for SG&A, including communication of any methodology changes to the team to ensure alignment
- Identify & implement process improvements and template automation to support team deliverables and improve data visibility & consolidation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with continuous improvement team on implementation
- Preparation and entry of monthly and yearly accruals
- Liaise with finance, sales, and marketing with regards to customer deductions and credits
- Monthly forecasting and analysis of SG&A, ensuring total aligns with management expectations
- Monthly and/or quarterly updating of related templates, data validation & analysis, and presentations for leadership
- Maintenance of departmental databases and documentation
- Annual duties related to budgeting
- Ad hoc reporting as required
- Position may have direct report(s) and involve training and coaching
- Post-Secondary education in accounting or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Working towards CPA certification
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power BI
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning is an asset
- Minimal travel required
