- Fundraising Coordinator (1)

- Manage the budget for fundraising activities, ensuring transparency and effective allocation of resources.
- Undergraduate Representatives (2)
- Act as a liaison between the undergraduate student body and the Biology DSC, gathering feedback and communicating it to the council.
- Assist in organizing events and initiatives that address the academic and social needs of undergraduate biology student
- Year Representatives (4)
- Engage with students in their respective academic years to gather feedback on their experiences and needs within the department.
- Coordinate year-specific events and activities that foster community and support academic success.
- Academic Coordinators (3)
- Plan and execute academic events, such as guest lectures, workshops, and study groups, that align with the department's curriculum and student interests.
- Collaborate with faculty to identify and address academic challenges faced by biology students, providing support and resources as needed.
- Social Coordinators (3)
- Plan and execute social events, such as mixers, parties, and group outings, that encourage networking and camaraderie among biology students.
- Work with the Marketing Coordinators to promote social events and ensure broad participation from the student body.
- I-EDIAA Representative (1)
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within the Biology DSC and the broader student community.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students from marginalized groups, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met within the department's activities and policies.
- Secretary (1)
- Accurately record and distribute minutes for all council meetings, ensuring that all members have access to relevant documents and decisions. Manage council correspondence, ensuring timely communication between members, faculty, and external partners.
- Assist in the organization of council events, initiatives, and activities by coordinating logistics, preparing necessary materials, and maintaining an up-to-date calendar of council activities. Provide support to the council's leadership team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
