Position OverviewAs a Project Coordinator , you will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to help ensure that each renovation project runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will span administrative support, communication with clients and subcontractors, document control, procurement tracking, and assisting with scheduling and budgeting.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who is eager to build a long-term career in residential construction project management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to Project Managers.Assist with project documentation, including contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and meeting minutes.Maintain and update project schedules, tracking key deliverables and milestones.Coordinate communication between clients, designers, consultants, and trades.Assist in preparing project budgets, and monitor costs, invoices, and vendor payments.Track procurement and deliveries of materials and ensure alignment with construction timelines.Help schedule site meetings and inspections; attend meetings as needed and document action items.Support permit applications and ensure compliance with local building regulations.Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, both digital and physical.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in a construction coordination or administrative role; experience in residential or renovation projects is an asset.Fluent in French (spoken and written); English is an asset.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing shifting priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction/project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct) is a plus.Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is preferred.A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and team collaboration.Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional site visits.
