Position DescriptionThe Bilingual Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting key operational functions at Applied Medical Canada. This position is designed for a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is fluent in both English and French. In addition to customer service responsibilities, the role will include tasks related to sales operations, finance, logistics, procurement, and cross-functional initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Support:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing high-quality assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as Credit, Sales Operations, and Shipping to address and resolve issues.
- Sales Operations Support: Assist in managing sales-related processes and documentation to streamline operations and support the sales team.
- Finance (AR and AP): Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation tasks.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and distribution of products.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Procurement and Vendor Management: Assist with procurement processes, vendor coordination, and purchasing to ensure operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Support: Participate in initiatives that involve collaboration across multiple departments, contributing to the organization’s broader objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Project Management, or other related field.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
- minimum three years of experience in customer service or an operational support role, preferably in a distribution or healthcare environment.
- A proactive, analytical, hands-on attitude, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute creatively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
