We are currently recruiting a dispatcher/coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for handling customer service calls and scheduling technicians' work in order to comply with our contractual agreements.Main duties:
  • Receive all service calls, assess and prioritize customer needs, and assign a technician to perform the work
  • Schedule regular maintenance inspection visits in accordance with maintenance contracts
  • Follow up with technicians on work performed for customers
  • Contact suppliers, evaluate bids, and purchase and deliver materials and equipment according to the work
  • Evaluate and plan weekly labor requirements and adjust according to emergencies
