- Proactively manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of business members, delivering tailored advice and solutions.
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify short-term and long-term business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Promote financial wellness through effective product and service integration, including deposit, credit, insurance, and investment solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, community engagement, and proactive outreach.
- Represent Beem at business organizations and events to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
- Leverage CRM tools and digital channels to identify opportunities and enhance member experience.
- Manage all aspects of the assigned business credit (lending) portfolio, including underwriting, monitoring, and compliance.
- Perform annual credit reviews and ensure account conduct aligns with Beem’s standards.
- Assist members with cash flow management, financial planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with internal teams across Consumer, Commercial, Wealth, and Insurance to maximize cross-referrals.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Business Specialists and other team members.
- Participate in branch sales meetings and support business unit goals through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Represents Beem in the community to build brand presence and generate business opportunities.
