- Master holistic investment planning, equip yourself with the industry leading expertise and support our clients’ needs as they become more complex
- Deeply understand our clients and commit to always having their best interests at heart. You will work towards earning the trust of our clients, to not just advise clients but to challenge them to make the best financial decisions possible
- Strive to make our clients time richer, happiness deeper and aspirations closer as we ensure that they are supported throughout their journey
- Help them to connect the dots between their wealth and aspirations and support them at every stage of their lives
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, private wealth, or full-service brokerage environment with proven ability to develop and grow a book of investment clients
- CIRO RR licensing strongly preferred
- Completed or working towards the CFP designation would be considered an asset
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Business or a related field (equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered)
- Proven ability to develop your book of business through leveraging community networks
- Effective relationship building, communication and discovery skills
- Ability to meet or exceed required sales goals
- An established COI network
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with the use of virtual communication tools
- Highly organized and able to meet time sensitive deadlines
