- Design and manage player retention programs, including loyalty tiers, gamification features, and targeted promotions.
- Segment players by behaviour, value, and lifecycle stage for highly personalized campaigns.
- Track and analyse retention KPIs, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to integrate marketing touchpoints into the player experience.
- Collaborate with marketing team at the land-based Casino for cross marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for customer communications and promotional activities.
- Experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing within the gaming/iGaming industry.
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and loyalty program best practices.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous optimization.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
