We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results and guiding clients through every stage of the real estate process with confidence and clarity.About the RoleWe are excited to hire a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our real estate sales team by calling warm inbound leads, booking appointments, and managing the CRM to keep the pipeline accurate and moving. This role is critical to improving sales follow-up, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring agents and leadership have clear visibility into lead activity and performance.The ideal candidate understands real estate sales cycles, lead pipelines, and client touchpoints, and brings a hunter mindset, strong phone skills, and comfort working with CRM systems.
