- Create and manage A/B testing programs to improve ad performance, conversion rates, and player acquisition funnel metrics.
- Own acquisition budget management, ensuring optimal CAC-to-LTV ratios.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and conversion-focused landing pages.
- Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify and test emerging channels and partnerships to expand acquisition reach.
- Monitor competitor acquisition strategies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven track record in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing within the gaming/iGaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modelling and marketing analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience managing acquisition budgets and optimizing campaigns for profitability.
- Creative problem-solver who can think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and partner management.
