Full-time, PermanentWe’re looking for an experienced Commercial Autobody Technician to join our busy and well-respected shop. This isn’t a training role — we need someone who knows their craft, can jump right in, and take full ownership of the work without needing supervision.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out full autobody repairs on a variety of commercial vehicles (trucks, fleets, and utility bodies).
- Handling both structural and cosmetic repairs, including:
- Straightening and aligning frames
- Welding (MIG, TIG, steel, and aluminum)
- Replacing panels, repairing dents, applying body filler, sanding, and prepping for paint
- Working closely with the paint and refinishing team to ensure a seamless final result.
- Minimum 6 years’ hands-on experience in commercial autobody/collision repair.
- Has experience with repairs and is proficient with all standard autobody tools and equipment.
- Must have your tools.
- Top-tier pay: $55–$60/hour (hourly, not flat rate).
- Bonus potential after 3 months.
