- Issuing Files to Bailiffs:
- Prepare comprehensive warrant packages for issuance to bailiffs for vehicle seizures.
- Maintain an up-to-date Bailiff Master Spreadsheet, ensuring the accuracy of contact information for each bailiff.
- Communicating with Bailiffs & Auctions:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with bailiffs to obtain progress updates on issued files.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered by bailiffs in the execution of their assigned files.
- Follow up with auctions once vehicles have been delivered
- Closing Repossession Files:
- Ensure proper closure of files in the system once a vehicle is repossessed, and promptly forward the file to the accounting department.
- Prepare and issue Notice of Intent (NOI) to customers.
- Maintaining Updated Spreadsheets:
- Keep all spreadsheets organized and current with the most recent data.
- Develop solutions and alternatives for handling spreadsheets in various formats and tracking needs.
- Communicating with Customers:
- Initiate follow-up calls with customers seeking to redeem their vehicles.
- Educate customers on the process for retrieving their belongings from the vehicle.
- Condition Reports:
- Accurately enter condition report data on the auction tracker, including Black Book Value information.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data entry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and maintain organized records.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a related field is a plus.
- Automotive Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Auctions, bailiffs, and repossession
- You have flexible availability to work. Working hours can range anywhere between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays depending on department requirements.
