
Procurement Specialist

- Lead procurement activities across all departments (e.g., food & beverage, engineering, operations)
- Manage purchasing cycles, coordinate supplier orders, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Oversee receiving activities; inspect incoming goods and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Organize existing storage areas and create processes for inventory tracking and restocking
- Support department heads by responding to supply needs and recommending cost-effective sourcing options
- Help establish or improve PO system and purchasing controls in collaboration with Finance
- Track and report on food cost per guest, inventory value, and vendor spend where appropriate
- 3+ years of experience in a purchasing, inventory, or supply chain support role
- Experience in hospitality, foodservice, or facilities procurement preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with spreadsheets, basic procurement tools, and physical inventory checks
- Able to work independently and establish systems from scratch
- Hands-on and adaptable, willing to pitch in where needed
- Full-time salaried role: $75,000-$80,000 base salary depending on experience
