Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations Senior Associate (Contract)

- Support managers in coordinating escalations, special exceptions and tracking timelines to ensure seamless resolution
- Assist with large onboarding intakes by managing communications, documentation and candidate follow-ups to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate with technology teams and vendors (HireVue, Workday, Phenom People, First Advantage) to troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing and support ongoing system enhancements
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews by compiling data, preparing presentations and tracking KPIs to inform strategic talent acquisition decisions
- Monitor vendor service delivery, flag performance gaps and help coordinate technical support resolution
- Support the transition of current RPA solutions and Google tools to MS365 and Power Automate by assisting with testing, documentation and user training
- Assist in the digital adoption of GenAI, Power Apps and MS365 across Talent Acquisition by researching use cases, building simple to complex automations and supporting pilot initiatives
- Coordinate system testing activities including UAT planning, test script execution, defect tracking and stakeholder communication
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures and training materials to support operational excellence
- Drive process improvements by mapping current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions that increase efficiency across Human Capital and Business Enablement
- Partner cross-functionally with Human Capital teams and recruitment outsourced partners to align processes and improve talent acquisition deliverables
- Prepare reports, dashboards and data insights to support informed decision-making across the team
- Progressive operational experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms such as Workday, Phenom and HireVue
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with experience in process automation, data analysis or system testing (UAT)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time
- Experience creating process documentation, process maps and training materials
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps or similar platforms; exposure to GenAI applications is an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to train and present to large groups
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes within a large, complex organization
