Our work environments follow consistent themes that represent our global values: simplicity, collaboration, symmetry, and elements of nature.Position Details: The Sr. Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, assessment, offer facilitation, and securing top talent, while also administering and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The successful candidate will bring proven experience managing mid-to-high volume requisitions and executing specialized searches based on evolving business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers to build trusted relationships, understand evolving talent needs, and deliver effective recruitment strategies while building and maintaining talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, supporting employer branding, and maintaining an active online presence to attract qualified candidates.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist hiring managers with developing job descriptions.
  • Conduct intake meetings to effectively understand hiring manager’s and business needs.
  • Create job requisitions in ATS and coordinate approvals.
  • Post jobs and source candidates using different recruitment channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and internal website.
  • Conduct phone interviews.
  • Coordinate and attend interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Maintain a weekly recruitment activity tracker and provide appropriate status updates to key stakeholders along with other HR reporting.
  • Manage candidates in the ATS and move them along the recruitment process while building pipelines of active and passive candidates.
  • Coordinate with ATS system vendors and assist in development and implementation of improved processes and troubleshoot errors.
  • Create offer details for successful candidates for management approval.
  • Manage verbal and e-offer process.
  • Administer reference checks process.
  • Create new hire profiles in MyHR.
  • Communicate onboarding and first day logistics internally and with new hires.
  • Advertise open positions on HCCA’s company LinkedIn page.
  • Build relationships by networking at industry and student campus events.
  • Discover creative ways to attract top talent.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition and headhunting experience preferably contact center, operations and business professional roles.
  • Demonstrated experience and strong ability with Microsoft Office products including Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and recruitment experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred, not required.
  • Previous experience in managing Applicant Tracking Systems is required with Oracle knowledge as an asset.
  • Strong agility and multi-tasking abilities in complex corporate work environments.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions to a variety of problems and issues of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Must be able to manage and carry out tasks and assignments with limited supervision.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to maintain the highest level of productivity and quality levels.
