As the millwright on shift responds to maintenance work orders in order of priority, making key decisions in conjunction with shift supervisor on priorities and outside resources
root cause analysis, implementing lasting fixes
projects, participates in maintenance planning for equipment rebuilds
continuous improvement projects
preventative and predictive maintenance
Maintain core values, with a focus on H&S, in a 18001/14001 certified environment.
