
Media Planning Supervisor

- Supervise and ensure excellent service for our clients
- Managing day to day client relationships and workstreams
- Developing and presenting integrated, full funnel media plans to clients
- Building strategic & thoughtful media recommendations
- Striving and pushing for award winning work
- Expert use of Media planning tools, functions and process
- Working with business lead to drive our client’s business growth by behaving as a true trusted business partner
- Working with digital practice leads to manage growth opportunities and transformation programs including digital solutions
- Accuracy and quality control of client budgets
- Managing junior team members as well coordinating with specialized partners across the agency
- Training and development for direct reports
- New business support as required
- 4+ plus years of media planning experience
- Expert knowledge of all forms of media including planning tools and best practices/processes
- You are a team player but you also have the ability to work independently
- Strong presentation skills & excellent negotiation skills
- Experience with industry leading media planning tools
- You are knowledgeable about the Canadian media landscape, media usage trends, and available advertising vehicles and formats
- Strong digital/ social in platform experience and ability to execute.
- Strong project management, client servicing & problem solving skills
- You are analytical, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask
- Critical thinking in nature, looking to derive strong insight from executions
- You are responsible & accountable for your work, and are eager to take proactive steps to lead your team & client.
