- Coordinate with homeowners to schedule appointments for technicians to complete repairs.
- Create and manage work orders for repairs, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Organize and set up sub-contractors for specific tasks as required.
- Assist the Service Coordinator with administrative tasks and paperwork.
- Work with the team to define job scope and ensure all materials are ordered in a timely manner.
- Review work orders for accuracy before they are sent for invoicing.
- Handle purchase order (PO) requests and manage materials accordingly.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with other tasks as needed.
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Relevant post secondary education an asset
- Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle to get to site (not transit accessible)
- Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel)
- 3+ years administrative experience required
- Previous experience in residential service administration, estimating, construction, or a related field is a huge asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage tasks and anticipate needs.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
