- Oversee all sales activities across multiple locations, ensuring consistent and effective execution
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales priorities and drive initiatives that enhance revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure the effective use and management of CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, deal flow, and pipeline management
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales strategies, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets
- Integrate customer-centric processes through all departments and support cross-functional collaboration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (heavy truck sales preferred)
- Proven experience in managing sales functions for a company with multiple locations
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of successful sales development initiatives and growth results
- Proficiency in sales processes, KPIs, CRM systems, and data analysis
