- Lead the technology planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale technology programs and projects (
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives, requirements, architecture and solution design, and other deliverables throughout the project lifecycle while communicating with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
- Actively support technology discussions (ARB, Solution Design, Test Strategy, Test Plan, etc.) by asking clarifying questions and surfacing key considerations to identify risks and refine plans
- Apply deep knowledge of platforms (e.g., Temenos) to support delivery teams by coaching through blockers, providing clarity on platform capabilities, and ensuring the work is scoped realistically
- Lead the development of work breakdown structures and resourcing plans, identifying logical components of work and required skill sets to support delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure testing strategies and plans align with timelines and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues from a technical delivery standpoint that may impact project success.
- Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate significant vendor SOWs and contracts as well as managing vendors through the delivery lifecycle.
- Support annual and quarterly planning exercises by developing technology resourcing needs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies in project management and technology delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in leading large-scale technology project management and delivery.
- Proven experience and deep understanding of enterprise banking platforms, specifically Temenos, is required for this role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, and/or PMI-ACP are an asset.
