- Work closely with key stakeholders across the company to maintain consistency at a global scale and align the vendor management strategy with their vision.
- Lead end-to-end vendor/contract management processes, analysis of vendor performance, and advisory services to IT end users and other stakeholders.
- Lead or facilitate business relationships and negotiations between the IT management team, and stakeholders in collaboration with Procurement team.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of IT governance and continual service improvement processes and programs to positively impact end users and stakeholders.
- Act as a key reference point and subject matter expert to the team on contractual frameworks, policies and standards.
- Act as escalation point and/or coordinate resolution of escalated issues
- Oversee the set up and onboarding of Third Parties post contract execution including the implementation of the governance structure, interaction models, join way of working models between key Bombardier and Third-Party stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with Third Parties and internal stakeholders
- Ensure integrity in dealing with Third Parties, complying with Bombardier Policy, Enterprise Procurement Policy, Vendor Management Policy and Code of Conduct and Ethics
- Perform vendor audits on the processes, raise non compliances, prepare corrective and preventive action plan, track and implement.
- Perform periodic contractual reviews with vendor personnel, escalate non compliances and enforce corrective actions.
- Establish vendor management office (VMO) to oversee various vendor functions including applications, infrastructure, end user services and cloud vendors.
- Identify and implement opportunity to reduce the costs associated with various third-party vendors.
- Communicate the vision of continuous service improvement (CSI) across the IT organization, Design the CSI register and associated activities, Define and create reports on CSI, critical success factors (CSFs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage the accessibility and flow of knowledge within the organization and to external parties.
- Work closely with the Procurement and Compliance team to ensure all documents meets requirements
- You have a University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant technical degrees
- You have 5 years of experience as an IT Vendor Relationship Lead
- You have ITIL Certification; Certifications in Vendor management framework would be an asset
- You have good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow
- You have outstanding communication skills - Written and Verbal
- You have expertise on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
