You’ll shape strategy, lead execution, and drive profitable growth, balancing data-driven decision-making with creative thinking. This is a high-visibility role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, moving quickly, and seeing their ideas come to life.Your role…
- Drive the Business: Own the category P&L. Develop and execute a winning commercial strategy across assortment, pricing, content, and promotions to exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Own the Digital Shelf: Optimize product detail pages, enhance A+ content, and elevate our Brand Store to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Accelerate Growth: Build and manage a full-funnel marketing and advertising plan using Amazon’s tools to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Lead the Relationship: Act as the primary contact with Amazon vendor managers. Negotiate programs, marketing packages, and promotional opportunities to strengthen our partnership.
- Be the Data Champion: Track performance, campaign ROI, and category health. Use insights to pivot strategies and report actionable results to leadership.
- Experience: 5+ years managing a consumer-facing brand (CPG, toys, or eCommerce). Amazon Vendor Central experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent knowledge of English (oral & written) to deal with the foreign divisions andinternational customers
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You take initiative, build strategies from scratch, and move fast to make things happen.
- Analytical & Creative Thinking: You love diving into data but can also craft bold, brand-right growth ideas.
- Collaboration: You thrive working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to bring plans to life.
- Executional Excellence: You know how to juggle priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.Other language requirement
Another language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients and suppliers, who are mostly located outside Quebec.
