- Liaise with business unit leadership to capture the annual budget plan for the COTS system improvement program.
- Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs stay within the allocated limits.
- Compile project initiation documentation and submit for approval.
- Obtain and record monthly progress updates, estimated spend at completion and actuals from individual project leads.
- Pull reports and action purchase order close out and decommitting of funds for completed projects.
- Determine the previous year's project spend carry-forward and include in the forecast reporting.
- Oversee and manage project request and approval tracking tool.
- Set up child projects in SAP Project Builder for line of business parent projects.
- Track progress against monthly reporting and forecasting deadlines.
- Manage in-year changes to the budgets following our company's management of change process.
- Update spend forecast in SAP. Update scorecard and present monthly updates to leadership on system improvement program progress, estimated spend, remaining budget and execution/spend risks.
- Adhere to our company's project financial and operational procedures.
