Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an Industrial Sales Administrator to join their team. As an Industrial Sales Administrator, you will be part of the sales department supporting customer engagement and product management.   • Handle customer inquiries in person, via email, fax, or phone, providing technical hydraulic product support.
  • Interact with team members to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and timely.
  • Supervise product inventory, including setting minimum and maximum levels to support customer needs.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoicing, shipping, and receiving processes.
  • Regularly review technical and marketing bulletins to maintain current product knowledge.
