- Maintain salary structures, pay grades and job classifications for exempt and non-exempt roles in Canada and the US
- Support the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, market adjustments and incentive plan administration
- Support compensation planning activities, including survey participation, data analysis, policy reviews, and program updates
- Work directly with HR Business Partners to review and validate compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers
- Assist in developing a company job architecture - job profiles, job families, and job descriptions – that aligns with and supports the talent management, performance management and succession planning programs
- Ensure we are compliant with laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards team on projects related benefits, pension, system configuration, reporting improvements, process efficiencies, wellness and communication strategies focused on employee experience and education
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics or a related HR function
- Experience supporting compensation programs in both Canada and the US
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Demonstrated success working effectively in a team-based environment
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance requirements
- CCP designation or other related certifications are considered an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) is considered an asset
- This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Calgary Corporate Office
- The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
