Your duties will include:Financial Reporting & Compliance:
  • Leading the team to success: Oversight of the following:
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Prepare financial statements and notes to financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and accounting principles.
International Accounting:
  • Manage transactions for foreign entities and ensure proper consolidation and reporting of financial data across multiple jurisdictions.
Audit Preparation:
  • Support audit activities - assist internal teams and external auditors by providing accurate data and financial documentation.
  • Implement best practices to ensure compliance and smooth audit processes.
ERP System Management:
  • Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to optimize financial and manufacturing data tracking.
  • Identify and implement improvements in ERP utilization to streamline operations.
Manufacturing Industry Accounting:
  • Apply strong accounting expertise specific to the food and manufacturing sectors to achieve cost-effective and accurate reporting.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement:
  • Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, you should possess:Education and Certification:
  • CPA designation (required)
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Work Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience preparing disclosures and notes to financial statements
  • Proven experience with foreign entities and consolidations
  • Audit experience (internal/external), preferably in manufacturing settings
Technical Expertise:
  • ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)

  • Strong attention to detail - ensuring insights and reporting are 100% accurate.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate internally and externally.
