- Evaluate and audit responsive web experiences against WCAG 2.1 AA using manual techniques and assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, keyboard navigation)
- Identify accessibility issues and partner with teams to provide practical guidance and remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and developers early in the process to ensure accessible patterns, structure and semantics are applied.
- Contribute to the development and governance of internal web as accessibility standards, guidelines, and component libraries.
- Provide actionable feedback on prototypes, user flows and coded builds.
- Create clear, actionable documentation and support material for teams.
- Provide coaching and training to improve accessibility knowledge across disciplines.
- Collaborate with other accessibility coaches in the enterprise to ensure consistency.
- Stay ahead of accessibility trends, platform updates, and regulatory developments impacting mobile apps.
- Track and report on accessibility compliance and improvements over time.
- 4+ years of experience in web accessibility across digital products
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1, AODA, and ADA compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with assistive technologies and accessibility testing tools
- Strong understanding of front end development frameworks ( React, Angular) and their accessibility implications.
- Experience with accessibility audits and issue tracking in agile environments.
- Strong communication and collaborating skills across disciplines.
- Passion for inclusive, human centered digital design.
- Familiarity with integrating accessibility testing into unit tests and agile development processes
- IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)
