Position Overview:
This role is a key administrative and operational support position within the Public Works department. It involves handling a variety of assignments that require strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage exceptions to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounting transactions and support SAP-related activities
  • Handle and process access permits accurately
  • Supervise and guide administrative/clerical staff as needed
  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Prepare and review financial reports and statements
  • Maintain records and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Verify and process documents as per procedures
  • Manage inventory tracking and control
  • Coordinate inter-office communications and mail
  • Resolve administrative issues and discrepancies
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Completion of Grade XI (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
  • SAP or similar financial system experience is an asset
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Good communication and leadership abilities
Requirements Qualifications & Requirements:
