- Assume full commercial responsibility for assigned TSSSA Onshore projects in accordance with PM@Siemens, including P&L, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Strong control over EAC (estimated at completion), lead revenue recognition (PoC), margin evaluation, and long-term cash-flow forecasting. Perform monthly forecasting ensuring forecast accuracy, transparency, and timely escalation of deviations.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities, including availability and reliability related risks and deductions, price escalation adjustments, obsolescence, and supply-chain exposure.
- Support claims, counterclaims, and dispute management in collaboration with Legal and Project Manager.
- Collaborate closely with Project Directors/Managers, Service Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Plant Controlling to optimize availability, lifecycle cost, and project profitability.
- Govern procurement-related commercial topics (spares, repairs, overhauls), ensuring contract compliance and budget adherence.
- Ensure adherence to PM@Siemens, Siemens Commercial Regulations, Business Conduct Guidelines, and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation quality, traceability, and control effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, business, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or financial project management within complex, asset-intensive environments.
- 3+ years managing long-term service or availability-based contracts with P&L accountability.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, revenue recognition, forecasting, and cash management.
- Demonstrated experience in customer negotiations, variation management
- PM@Siemens Certification Level C or higher
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel (~10%).
