- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients with a primary focus on cyber insurance, ensuring comprehensive coverage and risk protection
- Provide expert advice on cyber liability policies, including risk assessments, renewals, endorsements, and claims support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing inquiries, identifying coverage gaps, and recommending appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to negotiate terms, pricing, and policy placements
- Monitor market trends, emerging cyber threats, and regulatory changes to keep clients informed and updated on risk management strategies
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across other commercial lines to support client growth and retention
- Must have a valid RIBO License, other industry designations such as CIP, CRM, and CAIB are assets
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management, with a focus on cyber liability strongly preferredIn-depth knowledge of cyber insurance products, underwriting practices, and emerging risks
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to design tailored risk solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with proven ability to service mid-market and large commercial clients
- Proficiency with broker management systems (e.g., TAM, EPIC, PowerBroker) and MS Office Suite
