Our client in the Software Technology Industry is looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing business. The main responsibility for the role is streamline and operation processes, enhance team collaboration, and support increase market share across North America.Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from sales to post-sales support.
- Optimize internal processes and performance metrics.
- Improve interdepartmental communication and onboarding.
- Drive adoption of tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, and Intercom.
- Support strategic initiatives in demand response, DERs, and data management.Ideal Candidate:- Successful completion of a Business or equivalent
- 4-5 years proven operations experience in a technology and energy space
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Effective people management abilities
- Familiarity with scale-up environments and modern software tools
- Good communication skills
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
