
Application Support Analyst

- Rotational morning shift, rotational on-call duty and rotational holiday duty
- Diagnosing user reported software UI issues (front end displays, data issue, etc)
- Investigate and resolve data issue by looking at automated batch job logic
- Provide ad-hoc report using advanced SQL
- Perform Database refresh in lower environments
- User privilege management
- Provide effective and timely communication of application status to stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL (DDL, DML, DCL, DQL, and TCL)
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Operating System Admin, CMD commands
- Experience with cloud Technology (OpenShift, Azure)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and documentation skills
- Prior hands-on expertise with the Charles River application
- Trading life cycle knowledge
- ITIL foundation training
