If you are a self-confident, self-motivated person with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, and you enjoy a fast-paced team-driven environment, contact us today!Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for an Application Support Analyst – IAM & AML who will work within the client's Global Anti Money Laundering Department on the Application Support team. This candidate will be responsible for access provisioning for multiple applications.Responsibilities:

Design business processes (To-be) and manage any subsequent changes to them.
Identify, document and analyze business rules that govern the implementation of business processes.
Test and execute processes to ensure that the right results are achieved
Examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, existing software applications and general business operations.
Collate feedback on process performance. The collected data forms the basis of future process improvement projects
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes
Perform analysis to detect inefficiencies within the scope of a given workflow
Spreadsheet software and flow-charting tools, and various business process analysis tools

Desired Skill Set:

Experience in providing Application support
Experience in Access provisioning
Expertise in Report running
Hands-on experience with Excel
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)

Nice To Have:

SQL experience
AML experience
PowerShell experience
Banking experience (Big banks)
