- Own and manage multiple websites, ensuring they are optimized, discoverable, and up to date
- Lead strategy and execution across SEO, Language Engine Optimization (LEO), and technical performance
- Analyze user journeys and optimize digital funnels for conversion
- Create, publish, and manage engaging web and social media content
- Monitor, report, and act on key digital metrics using tools like GA4, SEMrush, Search Console, and Ahrefs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, operations, and product teams
- Manage external vendors, including SEO/Paid Media and Web Infrastructure partners
- 5 years minimum of experience managing performance-driven websites and SEO in a B2B setting
- Strong grasp of technical and modern SEO, CRO, funnel optimization, and evolving search behaviors (including AI-powered tools)
- Proficient with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Webflow
- Skilled in content strategy, copywriting, and scheduling for web and social
- Data-driven with experience reporting KPIs and turning insights into action
- Familiar with Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Mailchimp/Constant Contact; bonus for Zapier or Airtable
- Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in fast-paced remote teams
- Industry experience in logistics, eCommerce, or customs is a plus
