The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple renovation projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will work closely with senior leadership, site supervisors, clients, designers, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Maintain project budgets and immediately report variances.
  • Develop and manage project schedules; update in real time as changes occur.
  • Lead client meetings, address questions/concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Manage change orders, associated schedule adjustments, and client communication.
  • Communicate daily with the Site Supervisor to ensure progress aligns with scope and budget.
  • Delegate tasks such as deliveries, site meetings, and trade coordination as needed.
  • Work with designers, architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve issues and schedule services.
  • Source, negotiate, schedule, and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Organize meetings, obtain quotes, and recruit new trade partners as needed.
  • Participate in PDI walkthroughs with internal teams and clients.
  • Track, document, and oversee all deficiency and warranty work using established systems (e.g., Google Docs, Buildertrend).
  • Track project costs and participate in post-project performance reviews.

  • Proven experience in managing residential renovation projects.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, scheduling, and supervising trades.
  • A solid understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in Toronto.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
