As they expand their market footprint, this role presents a unique opportunity to drive strategic impact, lead cross-functional initiatives, and shape the next phase of business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Operations Manager, you will lead the operational and strategic backbone of the business, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, licensees, and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:Operational Leadership & Strategy
  • Design and optimize scalable workflows for event execution, licensee coordination, and client communication across multiple locations.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives by analyzing business performance, refining the operating model, and identifying market expansion opportunities.
Licensee Network Management
  • Oversee relationships with licensed operators across North America, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to licensees, equipping them with tools and resources to succeed.
Marketing & Client Engagement
  • Lead inbound marketing and lead generation strategies to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and consistent client engagement.
  • Serve as the point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships remain strong.
Training & Internal Communications
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive on-boarding and training program for new and existing licensees.
  • Foster clear, transparent communication between the corporate team and external partners to ensure alignment and performance.
Financial Oversight & Technology Optimization
  • Collaborate with finance on pricing models, budgeting, and financial performance tracking.
  • Manage and optimize operational software including CRM platforms, event management tools, and automation systems to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:Education & Experience
  • A degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, business development, or a senior leadership role-ideally in event services, hospitality, or franchise/licensing-based environments.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, contract/invoicing software, and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with event management platforms and payment processing systems is an asset.
